That is the same way I mounted my LED's in the rear, but up front, I drilled holes and mounted them on the sides. I will have some pics soon. Still waiting on my relay.

I probably spent around $60. Rear signals were about $25, relay about $10 and front bulbs around $25.

I got my lights (4) for $19.99 and $19.99 for the relay, plus about $12.00 total for shipping.

Does anyone know what size bolts are used on the front sides of the body panel, Most turn signal mounts are 8mm and if these are the sameyou could mount your turn signals right there, looks like they belong there anyway. To clarify these are the silver bolts on each side of the front black bodypart.

Ok... So i checked the bolt that hooks the front body panels on and they are not big enough for the turn signal mounts but It should be really easy to drill out that hole and bolt it from the back side. Im planning on trying it as soon as i find a style of signal I want on ebay.

I mounted my front ones by drilling holes in the front cover, and they are the right height for inspection too. The LED's look sweet too! Take a look at this link for pictures.
